The children had loads of fun on the day of our Valentine’s Party. They had prepared their valentine cards at home, decorated individual Valentine bags, and enjoyed passing them out to their friends. During the party, the students visited three centers; at one, they made fruit loop, heart shaped bird feeders and Love Bug magnets, at another, they played Valentine heart Bingo and a conversation heart game, and at the third, opened Valentine cards from their classmates. It was so much fun making ice cream sundaes, putting on toppings, sprinkles, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. It was a wonderful day of celebration, sharing, and love.
The hundredth day of Kindergarten was an exciting day, complete with a human “Zero the Hero,” Day 100 crowns, 1-0-0 doughnuts for snack, and made- at- home 100th Day projects. We’ve been waiting a long time for this special day and it was a great success!
